Rico Horsley

Rico is a trust and commercial lawyer. In South Africa Rico was admitted as an Advocate (Barrister) of the Supreme Court of South Africa and practised in Pretoria in commercial law and commercial litigation.

Rico completed an arts degree (majoring in psychology and political science) (BA) and a law degree (LLB) at the University of Natal in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa.

He completed his masters degree in Commercial Law at the University of Auckland, where he was also employed as an assistant lecturer in the commercial law department.

Rico’s specialty area of practice is trust structuring and implementation, aimed primarily at risk management and effective asset protection.

Rico is a partner in Metro Law, Barristers & Solicitors.
